Summer in full swing

I knew our summer was going to be busy...at least that's what the calendar said. But June was at an end and nothing was happening. Even the summer weather wasn't happening. I began to think, "maybe we'll just jump right into fall mode and start school again."

Suddenly and without warning, berries ripened, Jake turned seven, family came, and the sun appeared.
