Storm Watch

Cheap fun for Oregonians who aren't used to lightning storms. Our Southern and Midwestern relations are laughing I am sure.

A good lesson as well. It isn't every day in this state that you get to teach your kids about the emergency broadcast system when it is not simply a warning. Unfortunately, the warning was for a tornado. "MOM! you said tornadoes don't happen HERE!!!" Sheesh.

We got NOTHING. A little rain. A little wind. Then nothing. We had a mini-show of lightning, but it was very mini. :)

Great pictures. And thanks for the warning....I had no idea, just thought the wind had picked up a bit and the thunder had Elle looking for my lap! We didn't get it as hard as Corvallis. It messed with the tomato plants a bit but didn't break them off.

Wonderful pictures! So fun to see ALL the boys! Wow - we missed tornado warnings?! I don't remember that ever happening... Don't worry Jake (it had to be him that was concerned, right?!) they NEVER happen around there....!!!!
We had a few storms around here too but so far no warnings. Miss you guys.
