Medical Sidenote

Typically I like to spare the blogworld from medical details but I thought it would be a nice thing to update those who know of my problems over the last few months.

I had an endoscopy done yesterday because of nausea, loss of energy and weight loss. The details afterward were a bit hazy as the medicine had not worn off, but apparently my stomach is simply not working like it should.

The cause? Most likely complications from a stomach flu.

The remedy? Time and diet change.

Okay. That's about all. I was thankful that it was nothing serious (although he did have to mention the slight possibility of pancreatic cancer...good grief!)

I have lovely pictures and videos but, well, some things should be left off the blog. I am sure you will all thank me.

Oh goodness Jodi! We didn't know you weren't feeling well. You're on our prayer list now! And call me morbid, but the pictures sound interesting to me...but I thought broken bone xrays were awesome too, so I think it's just the weird in me coming out :)
God is good, and He's the great physician!

I am praying for complete healing in your body, so that you can come see me before I pop this kid out... I am sure that sounds really selfish... but really I am praying for you!

Praise God! It always feels better just knowing what is going on. We're thankful.

Been there, done that. I'm glad it is nothing too serious and I hope you are feeling better very soon!
